Escape the daily grind, for a weekend of creative indulgence!
For an unforgettable rural adventure, you just can't beat Lake Keepit Sport and Recreation Center. Nestled on the foreshores of beautiful Lake Keepit, the Center is surrounded by miles of pastoral and timber country and is only 40 minutes drive from Tamworth,
Participate in inspirational workshops and enjoy a weekend of social scrapping, in a tranquil setting.
Our retreat will provide you with hours of uninterrupted scrapping, great friends, fantastic meals, a great location and 24 hour Scrappin' available for the brave, or should I say for those much younger than me?
It is going to be a weekend full of fun, laughter and a range of new and exciting classes. Accompany this with lots and lots of prizes to be won – it is going to be an event you can’t miss. As we are designing the retreat with YOU in mind we welcome your ideas and suggestions so please feel free to drop us an email with your ideas (or wish list) or speak with us when next in the store.
Where: Lake Keepit Sport & Rec Center NSW, just 40 mins drive from of Tamworth
When: Friday July 23rd from 3.00pm through to Sunday 25th July 3.00pm 2010
When: Friday October 22nd from 3pm through to Sunday 24th October 2010
Cost: $165.00, all-inclusive package, including:
2 nights accommodation in dormitory style rooms at Lake keepit Sport & Rec, Nestled on the foreshores of beautiful Lake Keepit
All meals for the duration of the event including hot breakfasts, lunches, morning teas, afternoon teas and dinners.
¨ There will be a variety of workshops available for you to attend at a cost to you over the
period of the weekend (Information regarding the workshops will be available closer to the dates)
The fee for July or October Camp will be $165.00 each. A deposit of $80.00 will be required to ensure your spot at camp. & until I have received your deposit your spot is not safe.
The deposit is non – refundable & is non – transferable.
I am offering “Day Trips”! Again this year
Sometimes your friends or family can’t always come for the whole weekend due to work commitments & young babies, etc but can spare a few hours to just catch up with you, or would like to attend a Craft Course, or do a little craft.
Times – strictly: 9.am – 5pm.
Cost: $80.00 includes Morning & Afternoon tea & Lunch.

In these classes we will make a double page or single page using a large range a different products & Techniques.

We will be making a variety of projects using wooden products & Chipboard ECT.

And you get to use our Paper Cutters, Punches, and Stamps & Sizzix Machine while getting advice on how to do “your craft”

Cost: $15 includes all materials

In these classes I will try & have new Tutors in each month to teach you some new & exciting things they will range from $15 to $30 depending on what we are making, all materials will be included in these classes.

Kids School Holidays Club classes are designed for boys and girls of primary school age. We encourage kids to be creative in their own special way by teaching them different techniques that are fun and exciting with projects that are designed especially for them.
Classes will be held in January for those who want to express their creative flair!

Wednesday 27th JanuaryTime: 7pm - 9.30pm
Create this gorgeous friends page, using the lovely lilac range from Kaiser craft " Lilac avenue ". While creating this page you will use a variety of techniques they will include hand sewing, using your own imagination to create your beautiful swirls using bling and fuzz felt . You will require a photo but it is not necessary as you can add it later your photo size will be 6 x 4. the page colours are purples, and yellows if you require this to match up your photos. $25 includes all materials
